Asphalt Shingle Programs
1. Maintenance Program:
Includes complete roof inspection to proactively diagnose for potential leaks Inspect and re-secure ventilation, replace pipe boots, repair/replace shingles (up to 5), Re-caulk all nail heads and fasteners. Inspect flashing and caulk where needed. Inspect vanity shingles near windows and dormers and repair as needed. Re-nail any loose shingles as needed.
2. Soft-wash Mildew Removal:
Take that old roof and make it beautiful once again . One of the best ways of rejuvenation and getting that instant curb-appeal. We start by staging the area to protect the grass, shrubs and foliage around the home and then we use a special Sodium Hydroclorite (NaCIO) Solution from 3-6 % depending on the severity of the mildew, it may be a single or double coating.
Metal Roof Programs
Partial/Full Screw Replacement Programs including including complete roof inspection to proactively diagnose for potential leaks Inspect and re-secure ventilation, replace pipe boots, Inspect flashings, gable trims and all metal fastenings. We can also supply Maintenance Free Screws on Full Screw Replacement Programs.

Metal Oxidation Removal
Phoenix will do a complete inspection prior to the administration of specialty Ox Knox solution. Ox Knox is specifically designed for the purpose of effectively eliminating oxidation on various surfaces, including Vinyl, AlucoBond, Hardie Board Fiber Cement Siding and Metal Roofing as well as effectively removing soot and fallout. With Ox-Knox in your arsenal, prepare to obliterate oxidation like a true champion. NOTE: This is not a simple mildew wash. It requires some spot testing and individual results may vary.
